On Sunday the 20th March we had another very successful Formation Practice Day. We had a great turn out of 10 aircraft consisting of YAK 50s, Yak 52s, an SNJ and a Wirraway. Most of us managed to get in 2 or 3 sorties during the day involving 2 or 3 ship formations. Gill set the programme, starting with a 0930 briefing, which actually started at around 0930. Thanks to everyone for being so punctual.

Lunch was at the clubhouse and we ended the day with a few quiet drinks as the sun set. We plan to have another practice day on Sunday the 24 April which will include a workup for ANZAC Day celebrations the next day.
